It's been a while since our last meeting. Just a reminder that our next meeting will be Thursday, July 17th at 6:30pm. We'll meet at Shastice Park in the shade next to the fire/service building. We'll be talking about coming trail maintenance projects: the possible 8-mile fall line reroute and other options for XC trail maintenance. Sounds like people have been riding the Steam Donkey - I'm glad that our first trail maintenance effort (on that trail) is paying off for people. We'd love to have a much bigger crew come out for the next trail maint' day. We'll talk about options and set a date for the next maintenance day at the coming meeting.

Yo, building a new trail from lower everitt to mcbride in an attempt to create a big cross country single track loop from town. First leg is done but needs some work. Starts just pass the last house on the right on Everitt. 1/8 mile past the railroad tracks. Take a right on the dirt road past the house and look left for Cairnes. Feel free to take a hand saw or pruners with you cuz it needs it.
